In January 2023, after a combined nearly 30 years of service at AIG, I made the decision to embark on “the journey “ to establish my own boutique risk consulting firm, Judson Pearl Risk Solutions LLC. My firm specializes in Risk Advisory, Consulting, and Broking, for an array of businesses, across a myriad of industries.

I led many facets of underwriting, P&L, and distribution during my tenure at AIG. I served in areas as diverse as risk management, workers compensation, energy, umbrella, property, aviation, surety and other specialty lines. I also had the privilege to serve as a Zonal President for Commercial Insurance, in one of the largest regions in North America. In that role, I became the first African-American to be named a Zonal President in the history of the company. After a brief time as a COO for another firm, I have returned to my firm, Judson Pearl Risk Solutions.

I had the opportunity to travel the globe, and work with some of the most brilliant and generous minds in the insurance and risk management industry; many who became mentors, mentees and friends. After decades of experience, training, and leadership at one the largest and most successful insurance companies in the world, I am committed to the goal of bringing the highest level of expertise to clients at Judson Pearl Risk Solutions.
